Your private class is designed to shape your own personalised Pilates experience and prevent injuries.

1 class
The private session will introduce you to our environment, equipment, and teaching philosophy.
3 classes package
In these personalised sessions we will work closely with you to build your skills, confidence, and abilities to safely transition into group classes.
5 classes package
This package will include movement assessments, posture analysis, and a review of your history of past injuries. Your instructor is responsible for assessing your current physical condition to ascertain any necessary exercise modifications.

Convenient class time
Sometimes it’s hard to find a group classes that fits your schedule. In our studio we work from early morning to late evening.

Unique approach
Pilates forever use unique approach adopted by founder Alina Dovgal for women’s healthy life style. Allows to satisfy the clients need as much as possible, considering there physical characteristics.

What to Wear
Long hair should be tied back, and dangling accessories removed for safety. We recommend wearing breathable, form-fitting clothing. Pilates Forever requires grip socks to be worn in all classes - any brand of non-skid socks will do. These are available for purchase at the studio.
What to Bring
The Pilates Forever studio is equipped with Flowater filtered water dispensers. It is important to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. You may also choose to bring a sweat towel. Everything else is provided.
When to Arrive
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in, take a quick tour of the studio, complete your liability waiver, and get prepared for class.
What to say
Your instructor will ask you about any old injuries, sensitive spots, or conditions that might need attention. Be honest, if a movement is painful, it's fine not to do it, or to do a modified version while your body becomes used to Pilates.
