Born and raised in the Bay Area, Annie trained as a ballet dancer since the age of 4. She was introduced to Pilates due to a dance injury in high school, and continued to practice the method throughout her youth. Annie earned a Bachelor of Science in Ballet from Indiana University, where she deepened her understanding of physical expression and anatomy. After college, she danced professionally with the Louisville Ballet. In 2004 she channeled her love of movement and body awareness into becoming a certified mat Pilates instructor through Power Pilates. The following year Annie became certified on all equipment through Body Arts and Science International with a dance specialization. Working in both boutique and gym settings, she has experience training people of all ages and abilities. She is qualified to work with dancers, athletes, prenatal and postpartum clients, teens and seniors, as well as those recovering from injury. Annie truly believes Pilates is for every body. She specializes in creating thoughtful programs that support strength, balance, and overall well-being. Outside the studio she enjoys seeing live music, spending time with friends and family, and raising her 2 kids.

Woo’s passion for fitness began early in life. She enjoyed soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse in her younger years but as time went on, she found joy in running, functional exercises, pilates, and yoga. In 2016, Woo decided to take her fitness journey to the next level. She completed her 200hr RYTT in the Vinyasa and Hatha yoga method. In 2017, while pregnant with her first child, Woo became certified in Pre/Post Natal Yoga. Affter giving birth to her second child and during the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020, Woo set another fitness instructor goal, receiving her certification in STOTT Pilates Mat and STOTT Pilates Reformer. Woo needed a fitness program that focues on strenthing the pelvic floor and core muscles after pregnancy. The STOTT Pilates method, which focues on functional core exercises that strengthen and stabilize while mobilizing the body’s core, was the perfect fitness program for her. Her private and group exercise classes are designed to help you build strength, create flexibility and develop body awareness. Living a healthier and happier life is her focus and interest in helping clients define and achieve their goals. When she’s not teaching, Woo enjoys spending time with her children and husband exploring the world!

My name is Aniko. I immigrated from Hungary as a young adult and made California my home. I have 3 beautiful boys, they are my life and my happiness. I was a personal trainer right before Covid hit, training people out of my garage gym. I also worked as a Medicine Technician at a Dementia care facility. I’m very active, enjoy hiking and anything outdoors and anything related to health and wellness. I used to lift weights but after a while it became too much on my joints, thats when I decided to try Pilates not thinking that it would turn into a passion and later a carrier choice. I’m very fortunate to say that I have met the nicest people throughout this journey and I can’t wait to get to know everyone at Pilates Forever.

Growing up, fitness was the last thing on my mind. That changed in college when a required weightlifting course sparked a lifelong passion for movement. Amazed by the physical and mental transformation, I committed to a regular gym routine. However, it wasn't until three years later that I discovered my true calling as a teacher. Though I initially set out to study yoga at the College of San Mateo, I fell completely in love with the precision of Pilates. I earned my Balanced Body Comprehensive Certification and began teaching in 2015. Committed to deepening my expertise, I completed my second comprehensive classical certification through Real Pilates NY in 2022. Today, my teaching style is a dynamic combination of these two foundational worlds, blending the best of contemporary and classical Pilates. For me, the greatest reward of teaching is helping people thrive in their day-to-day lives. It is incredibly fulfilling to watch clients progress in their own practice, build confidence, and discover what they are truly capable of achieving. Seeing the pure joy on someone's face when they conquer a move they couldn't do before, or when they realize they can move free of pain, is why I do this work. Whether you want to perform daily activities with ease, rebuild strength, or elevate your fitness, I am dedicated to supporting your unique journey. I love sharing how Pilates builds deep core strength and enhances mobility, and I cannot wait to help you see just how capable your body is.
